Winton Woods Middle School - Head Softball Coach

Winton Woods City Schools is seeking an enthusiastic individual who would enjoy coaching Softball for the 2025-26 season.

Qualifications:

• Playing experience at the middle school level
• Preferred experience coaching
• Positive coaching platform
• Background check
• Must have ODE issued Pupil Activity Permit - the district will advise

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Student Athletes' athletic performance and Academic progress
• Work closely with Athletic Directors to develop competitive schedules
• Collaborating with coaches to organize and execute practice plans
• Developing game strategy
• Directing the implementation of proper methods and skills
• Attending coaching meetings outside the schedule
• Attendance of practices and games
