• Roleo Hands-on player/coach responsible for front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team.
• Own code quality standards (code reviews, maintainable patterns, testing expectations) and ensure work is broken down into incremental, releasable stories.
• Partner with PO, designers, and backend teams to plan integration and deliver end-to-end experiences.
• 2 years of Angular experience with strong understanding of framework principles (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJSstate patterns).
• 2 years experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership from inception to release).
• Ability to understand and integrate with back-end RESTful APIs (including troubleshooting contract issues).
• Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, product, analysts, stakeholders).
• Experience with sustainable engineering practices automated testing, CICD, and monitoring/alerting (as applicable to the UI).

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, micro-frontends, state management approaches, design systems, and shareable component libraries.
• Experience working on distributed or remote-first teams.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot services.
