Required Skills:

• To develop / maintain a module as per the design
• Detailed design or Impact Analysis of a module

• Understand customer expectations and perform detailed design.
• Understand requirements of modules/components assigned in line with the overall project scope.
• Assist Analyst & Designer in module analysis & design.
• Implement/develop code as per design.
• Adhere to coding standards and guidelines.
• Ensure on‑time quality delivery of allocated tasks.
• Comply with SLK policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management.
• Assist Analyst & Designer in preparation of Integration Test Plan.
• Provide support during integration testing and system testing.
• Resolve defects reported by peer reviews, independent verification and validation, and testing.
• Peer review code quality as defined by the SLK Process to reduce re‑work.
• Contribute to reusable code/components.
• Participate in customer calls.
• Provide status reports as per defined timelines.
• Promote team collaboration.
• Engage in learning initiatives as per the plan.
• Guide junior developers and developers in their roles.

• Engineering Graduate / BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent

• 3 to 5 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
