Mendix Architect

Overview

Job Title: Mendix Architect
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Type: Full Time
Salary: $120K-$150K+benefits

• Implementation and support of Mendix projects
• Develop and maintain Mendix applications using the Mendix low-code platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions
• Participate in project planning and estimation
• Ensure the quality of code and applications through testing, peer review, and code analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Mendix applications
• Follow best practices for software development and maintain knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in low-code development and the Mendix platform
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, team members, and management
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio, Mendix Studio Pro, and Mendix Runtime
• Experience developing custom widgets and modules for Mendix
• Experience working with databases and data modeling
• Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus

• Architect level experience in Mendix
• Mendix Intermediate and Advanced certification
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Domain experience in Manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing
• Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Agile framework
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills
