The Software Developer III is a full‑stack developer supporting web portals, reporting, and information management for one of our subsidiaries. The role involves bridging legacy and modern platforms, continuous improvement, and meeting evolving business and customer demands.

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack business applications using .NET, C#, and PHP, splitting time across back‑end and front‑end development.
• Lead projects from technical requirement gathering to scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions that drive business value.
• Review code and champion quality, ensuring alignment with SDLC best practices and promoting standards for logging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to modernize legacy applications while continuously delivering new features and enhancements.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools (Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate coding and refactoring.
• Own production support, troubleshoot issues, and lead root‑cause analysis to maintain system stability and performance.
