Web Developer

Role: Web Developer

Type: Full Time or Contract

Reports To: Chief Architect / Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate has strong front-end fundamentals, experience working with APIs, and a solid understanding of performance, usability, and maintainability. This role works closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and websites
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality code
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
• Solid understanding of responsive design and CSS frameworks
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in motorsports, racing, or sports tech.
• Experience with Type Script
• Backend experience (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with CMS platforms or headless CMS solutions
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks

• Able to take vague or messy requirements and turn them into clarity.
