Bilingual (English/Spanish) Cleaner - Floater - Full Time

Join Ram Clean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services as a full‑time bilingual cleaner/floater. This role requires an experienced commercial cleaner with strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel across the Cincinnati area.

• Base rate: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
• Travel compensation provided.
• Higher pay possible for bilingual Spanish/English.
• Opportunities for advancement to Commercial Account Manager or Area Supervisor.

• Lead cleaning and float across multiple accounts in Cincinnati, Mason, Batavia, Lebanon, Hamilton, New Richmond, Milford, and Harrison.
• Assist Operations Manager with cleaning assignments.
• Travel daily to new accounts; reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required – travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Provide coverage when other cleaners are on vacation, call‑in sick, or need time off.
• Adapt to evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends.
• Shift schedule Monday‑Friday with some Saturday/Sunday work.

• At least 3 years of experience as a commercial cleaner, janitor, custodian, or housekeeper.
• Willingness to work evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication with cleaners and management.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• 5 years of experience as a commercial cleaner.
• Experience with floor stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning.
• Higher pay available for bilingual Spanish/English.
