You'll support daily apartment maintenance operations for a conventional community, helping ensure residents enjoy a clean, safe, well‑maintained home. This role is great for someone with hands‑on repair experience and a strong work ethic who's ready for a long‑term opportunity.
Job Description
* Assist with general apartment repairs
* Support turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance
* Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting
* Maintain grounds and common areas
* Ensure timely, high‑quality service and resident satisfaction
Responsibilities
* To complete work orders efficiently and professionally
* To support make-ready turns, including basic repairs and cleaning
* To troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
* To maintain property exteriors, grounds, and common areas
* To assist with preventive maintenance and team projects
Required Qualifications
* Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience
* Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
* Must supply your own maintenance tools
* Strong problem-solving and time‑management skills
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
* Experience in multifamily housing maintenance
* Familiarity with work order systems
* Strong customer service mindset
