• VRF/VRV installation, maintenance, and repair - factory trained on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.
• Service & maintain HVAC systems - chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps
• Diagnose & troubleshoot issues - provide solutions, and communicate with customers
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
• Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians

• ✅ 5-7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• ✅
  Strong understanding of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC systems
• ✅
  Universal EPA Certification
• ✅
  Leadership skills & a team-first mindset
