Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Four Seasons Marina – Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with on‑call hours
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Bring Your Skills- 1+ year of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds
- Welding experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto‑insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks
- Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
- Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on‑call
