• $30–$45 per hour (billable hours) + bonuses

• Run installs end‑to‑end: Oversee the installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems from start to finish – on time, within budget, and to JAGS Mechanical standards.
• Keep everyone aligned: Communicate project updates, manage scheduling logistics, resolve on‑site challenges, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Bid with confidence: Create accurate, competitive estimates for HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and similar installs by calculating labor, materials, and equipment – protecting target margins.
• Lead the crews: Direct and support installation teams in the field. Provide hands‑on guidance, drive productivity, and uphold high workmanship standards.

Where & When You'll Work:

• On‑site role: dispatch daily from home to your job sites (no central reporting)
• Schedule: Full‑time 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Overtime available; possible overnights; on‑call hours as needed
• Occasional travel: Some case‑by‑case travel between our Cincinnati and Columbus, OH locations (discussed with you in advance)

• Experience installing commercial‑sized equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, water heaters, and boilers

Preferred: The ability to build quotes – you know how to turn a scope into a sound number.
