This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, conducting preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and longevity, identifying and troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and effective problem resolution. The technician will work closely with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations for optimal system performance.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and solve system issues effectively
- Customer Satisfaction and communication skills to provide excellent service and build client relationships
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in HVAC systems are a plus
- Physical capability to handle tools and equipment, and work in different environments
