HVAC Field Service Technician – Full‑Time, Cincinnati, Ohio (Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Tri‑State Region Ohio / Kentucky / Indiana)

Join Our Team at tdg Facilities! We are seeking an experienced residential/general or commercial HVAC technician to join our dynamic team as a Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician
. Ideal candidates will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, fan systems, and refrigeration units. The role requires experience in corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance and involves installation tasks that may include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Successful applicants will have excellent problem‑solving skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and an ability to self‑manage tasks. The typical schedule is 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional on‑call requests within a team rotation.

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Assist with commercial HVAC unit installations
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, AHUs, MHUs)
• Safely use equipment following appropriate protocols and procedures
• Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment installations
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Participate in client meetings when required
• Utilize mobile technology for efficient communication and real‑time reporting
• Actively interface with a work order management system
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
• Highly organized and able to self‑manage and perform tasks to the highest standard
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation details: $28–$32 hourly wage
