Commercial HVAC Technician – Full-Time

We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to handle PMs, troubleshooting, and repairs across a clean, well-maintained facilities environment. If you’re tired of bouncing job sites and want steady work, solid benefits, and respect for your skills, this is it.
What You’ll Do- Service and repair commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Use industry-standard tools to diagnose and fix issues
- Rotate on-call for after-hours emergencies
- Work safely, efficiently, and by the book
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years commercial HVAC experience
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (100 lbs occasionally)
- Able to climb, crawl, and work in tight spaces
- Full-time, year-round work
