Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky | $18.00 – $24.00/hr + $250 On-Call Bonus

We are a family-oriented restoration firm on a mission to hit $5M this year—and we are looking for the right professionals to help us lead the way.

We specialize in Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation, and Full Reconstruction. While we handle all emergencies, our passion is high-ticket fire restoration and professional build-backs. We are currently expanding our core team and looking for self-sufficient, positive-minded professionals who take immense pride in their craftsmanship.

• Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour.
• Best-in-Class On-Call Pay:
  We value your time. After-hours calls pay a $250 show-up fee PLUS your hourly rate.
• Professional Investment:
  If you have the ‘A-Player’ mindset but lack certifications, we will pay for your IICRC classes and training to get you certified.

  You have a background in carpentry and reconstruction. You know how to build back what was lost.

• Clean Record:
  Must be able to pass a background check.
• Physicality:
  Ability to handle the demands of the job (ladders, lifting, tight spaces).
• Reliability:
  Valid driver’s license and a commitment to the after-hours emergency rotation.
