Pay and Benefits

The starting pay range for our Residential Electrician is $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending qualifications and level of experience. Our techs are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.

We take care of setting all the appointments so you can focus on doing what you do best - repairing our customers' homes.

As a Residential Service Electrician, you are a key member of our team, and the face of the company that defines our image. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe. The Residental Service Professional must show a strong desire to provide quality work, passion for helping our customers improve their homes, and deliver a premium customer experience to every home we enter.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

• Help customers with their various electrical needs, from installations to repairs and upgrades. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring.

• Note:
  
  Complex troubleshooting is often involved, so experience is a must!

• Be the face of Mr. Electric. You will interact with homeowner to deliver the complete customer service experience that Mr. Electric is known for.

• Ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in.

• You will identify and present to the customer a variety of opportunities and solutions to help ensure the safety of their family, home and property.
