• Diagnose and repair:
  Evaluate plumbing issues for residential customers
• Handle routine maintenance:
  Small repairs, and/or emergency plumbing services
• Ensure safety compliance:
  Perform all plumbing work in accordance with safety regulations and building codes
• Assess service needs:
  Identify additional plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
• Present solutions clearly:
  Explain products, services, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Drive sales goals:
  Meet or exceed targets by upselling services and generating additional business
• Deliver exceptional service:
  Provide outstanding customer service on every call
• Document service activity:
  Maintain accurate service reports and records of customer interactions

• Hands‑on experience with residential or commercial plumbing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated to meet goals and grow with the company
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Valid plumbing license (if required in your state)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $140,000 USD
