Must be able to travel and work 12-hour shifts (7:00am-7:00pm)

Must be willing to travel in own vehicle to job site for first 6 months

Travel expenses covered and weekly mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

Company vehicle provided after converting to FTE (Must have clean driving record)

Bright Minds is actively hiring multiple Low Voltage Installers to support systems integration projects. We are rapidly scaling our division focused on the installation of physical security, access control, fire alarm, and building automation systems for the logistics and transportation industry.

We are seeking hard-working, career-minded, and dependable candidates who are looking for a growth opporturnity with great leadership, technical mentorship, and consistent and stable project flow. These roles provide tremendous opportunity for overtime hours (if desired) and the opportunity to work on high profile projects.

  • Experience installing and wiring access control, network cameras, door hardware, panel installation & wiring, and programming of door and camera additions.
  • Solid understanding of blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, cut sheets, wiring schematics, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support).
  • Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills (for some positions, this may include calculating area, velocity, resistance, voltage, etc.).
  • Certifications with access control platforms a plus, but not required. (AMAG, Lenel

    S2, Software House, Genetech, etc.)
