- VRF/VRV installation, maintenance, and repair – factory trained on Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.
- Service & maintain HVAC systems – chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot issues – provide solutions and communicate with customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
- Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service.
- Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
- Mentor and guide less‑experienced technicians.
- 5-7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
- Strong understanding of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Variable Refrigerant Volume HVAC systems.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Leadership skills & a team‑first mindset.
