This is a full‑time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining lubrication products and systems at customer sites. Tasks include conducting inspections, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing on‑site customer training, and preparing detailed service reports. The role requires travel to customer locations to ensure optimal performance of installed equipment and maintaining customer relationships for ongoing support.
Qualifications- Strong technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of lubrication systems, fluid handling, and mechanical systems
- Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and training
- Proficiency in preparing service reports and documentation
- Ability to travel to customer sites; valid driver’s license required
- Flexibility and problem‑solving mindset to work independently in various environments
- Experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, mining, or food processing is a plus
- Technical diploma or certification in a related field is an asset
