These are full-time roles located in Youngstown, Columbus, and Cincinnati, OH, . As a Service Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks, including inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing roofing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will engage in field service activities, ensure quality service delivery, and interact with customers to address their needs and concerns. The role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to ensure clients receive effective and timely solutions for their roofing needs.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, focusing on roofing systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with Field Service operations, demonstrating excellent efficiency and independence in work.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
• Ability to perform preventative and corrective Maintenance tasks to ensure long-term system performance.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in roofing and construction work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
• Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
