Experienced Water Mitigation Technician (Construction). IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technician. Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned company servicing the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets. We specialize in professional cleaning, water mitigation, and disaster restoration for residential and commercial clients. When customers experience water loss, our technicians are the first line of responder restoring properties, protecting health, and bringing order to chaos.
Due to growth in our Cincinnati operation, we are actively seeking IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technicians. Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, commensurate with certifications and field experience.
This position is designed for experienced, certified professionals who can operate independently in the field, follow established protocols, and communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and leadership. Military veterans with restoration, facilities, construction, or logistics backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Water mitigation technician work as part of the restoration team, following established protocols and communicating with customers, teammates, and leadership.
- Apply IICRC-certified practices to restore properties affected by water events and protect health and safety.
- IICRC-Certified Water Mitigation Technician.
- Ability to operate independently in the field and follow established protocols.
- Strong communication skills with customers, teammates, and leadership.
