Job DescriptionCrown Staffing is seeking a reliable and versatile Lead Fence Installer in Norwood, OH. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work both outdoors and in a warehouse setting. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license as driving to various job sites will be part of the job.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate fence installation projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and site plans to determine proper fence placement and materials
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Install a variety of fences including chain link, wood, vinyl, and metal fencing
- Fabricate and weld metal fences and gates (welding experience is a plus but not required)
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate with clients and team members on-site to ensure project expectations are met
- Manage and train junior installers and helpers on proper installation techniques
- Drive to and from job sites reliably and safely
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
- Assist in warehouse duties when not on-site, including material preparation and inventory management
