Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice

P.J. Fitzpatrick is excited to announce an opening for a Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice! This position is designed for individuals eager to kickstart a rewarding career in the home improvement industry. As an apprentice, you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in bathroom renovations, focusing on high‑quality acrylic bath installations. Join our team and develop your skills while contributing to beautiful home transformations!

Pay:
Starting at $17.50 - $22 per hour, plus opportunities for performance bonuses!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, standard day shifts, with potential for overtime.

• A strong desire to learn about bathroom remodeling and construction.
• No prior experience is required, but familiarity with tools or construction is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Basic math skills for taking accurate measurements.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work where required.

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover transportation and hotel fees as well as provide per diem for food!
