We are seeking a skilled welder to work on steel enclosures that house diesel generators and diesel fuel oil supply tanks. This role involves layout, fitting, and MIG welding on mild steel. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and using a tape measure is required from day one.

• Perform layout, fitting, and MIG welding on steel enclosures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately.
• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Measure accurately using a tape measure.
• Complete a MIG weld pressure test successfully.

• Over two years of experience in MIG welding.
• Experience in layout and fitting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in tape measure reading.

• Welding school experience is a plus.

This contract position offers competitive pay in Batavia, Ohio. Our workplace is a great environment for learning and skill growth, demonstrated by a contractor who advanced to a lead position and now helps train new employees, leading to a pay increase for him.

Manufacturing work environment with over 100 employees. The facility is not climate controlled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati, OH.
