Maintenance Mechanic
Newport Housing Authority (Newport, KY) is seeking a qualified, full-time apartment maintenance technician.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr (salary based on experience).

Responsibilities- Apartment turns
- General maintenance repairs
- Prep and painting units
- Work orders as needed
- General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems

- Formal training in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting or refurbishing (plus)
