Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, repairing and replacing commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems and equipment.

· Ability to replace and startup of multiple types of HVAC equipment.

· Effectively communicate issues and solutions with customers.

· Communicate with service and sales teams any pertinent customer information found during service visits.

· Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner during and after normal business hours.

· Professionally and thoroughly complete work orders, timecard, mechanical tasking, and job-related processes.

· Perform duties and responsibilities in challenging conditions such as extreme weather.

· Recognize and alert management of any unsafe, hazardous conditions.

· Contribute and participate in team meetings and training.

· Ability to utilize service operations technology while in the field.

Requirements:

· 5 years minimum experience required in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems.

· Must be able to pass a background check.

· Must be able to pass a drug screening.

· Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.

· Must be self-motivated.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

· Current HVAC license, (EPA), and KY Journeyman (preferred).
