Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $25-30 per hour

• Respond promptly to service requests and repairs, performing related tasks as needed
• Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure new residents experience a seamless and welcoming transition
• Follow established preventative maintenance and required safety inspection programs for properties and equipment
• Develop and maintain the technical skills required to provide exceptional service, minimizing the need for external vendors
• Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the District Manager
• Participate actively in the on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support for property needs
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures

• Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance
• HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications required
• Proficiency in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver s license required
