The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Install & Maintain Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.
- Customer Interaction Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
- Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses.
- Licensing Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
- Experience Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within commercial settings.
- Skills Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Communication Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Background Check Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Take home service van

- Status Full-Time
- Schedule Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM - 300PM.
