Security Officer Flex Unarmed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and store patrons by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas as authorized, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor customer and associate activity for suspicious behavior and potential theft-related activity, and report observations to site leadership and/or law enforcement as directed by post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disputes, assisting with access issues, and documenting events per site requirements;
Complete detailed reports of daily activities, irregularities, and incidents, and communicate key information during shift handoffs to support consistent coverage
