Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading or service corridors, and the property perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access control concerns;
Monitor access points and building activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and help to maintain orderly entry and exit for authorized persons and deliveries;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local emergency services when needed;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, document patrol findings, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
