Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, yard space, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and truck traffic flow, verify credentials and delivery documentation as required by location policy;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with supervision or emergency services;
