Junior Business Development Associate

We are hiring a full-time Junior Business Development Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a Junior Business Development Associate , you will manage the onboarding and growth of new customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be creative, an excellent problem solver and will use those skills to implement various business development and sales strategies.

• Working with our Marketing team on various events
• Interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis
• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

• Coach and train junior staff members on POS and SOPs
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport
• Working on new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences and sales & marketing events

• Preparing presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Maintaining client relationships to boost retention
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
