Business Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Business Development:
  Connect and engage with Play Core companies.
• Facilitator for Design Charrettes:
  Lead intense, multi-disciplinary workshops to guide diverse stakeholders toward collaborative, actionable design solutions.
• Lead Generation & Sales:
  Research prospects, conduct outreach, and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Market Research:
  Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets to inform strategy.
• Relationship Management:
  Build rapport with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proposal & Presentation Development:
  Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
• Reporting & Strategy:
  Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance metrics, and contribute to growth strategies.

• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and presentations.
• Sales Acumen:
  Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.
