Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support
- Partner with the marketing team to align strategies with current campaigns, trends, and customer insights
- Proactively identify and pursue new business and growth opportunities within existing and potential accounts
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth collaboration
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to continuously improve performance and knowledge
