The Crypto & Web3 commercial team operates within the Ecommerce division of Worldpay. It is responsible for serving the payment requirements of the world’s largest crypto, NFT and Web3 merchants. This is the most dynamic, challenging and rewarding customer segment of Worldpay’s fastest growing business division.

• Pre-qualify sales leads received through various channels (telephone, website, trade shows, company events, etc.) in conjunction with lead generation best practices, including pre-qualification rating system, pre-call preparation, and call guide development.
• Generate sales leads through outbound calling in conjunction with lead generation programs.
• Maintain sales lead documentation.
• Nurture long‑term opportunities to continue Worldpay communication in early stages prior to the sales cycle.
• Support all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection.
• Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and report findings to the manager.
• Support enterprise lead generation activities, and track and report on all lead generation marketing programs to drive revenue opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and execute lead generation activities for one or more business lines/units.
• Ensure timely lead follow-up by assigned sales executive and conversion of pre-qualified leads to further stages within the sales process.
• Identify areas of opportunity, prepare business presentations and execute with assigned business lines/units.
• Gather and update competitive data and contact information to support future sales and marketing activities.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $27.50–$40.48. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
