We are seeking a proactive and motivated Client Solutions Specialist to join our client’s team onsite in Cincinnati, OH. This permanent/direct-hire position plays a key role in generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and setting up high-quality meetings for the senior sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys relationship-building, and has an interest in technical industries such as science, cleanroom construction, and emerging technologies.

  • Commission:
    Earned quarterly based on key performance indicators (e.g., meetings scheduled, project revenue)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Fully onsite, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities of the Client Solutions Specialist:
  • Research and identify potential clients in industries such as biotech, life sciences, aerospace, EV battery, and semiconductor manufacturing
  • Build and manage a target list using Linked In, CRM platforms, and industry databases?
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and qualify leads
  • Schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team with qualified opportunities
  • Track and manage activity and pipeline metrics within the CRM system
  • Assist with trade show outreach, event planning, and booth setup/tear-down
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and outreach materials
  • Participate in industry events and site visits alongside sales managers as needed
  • Stay current on market trends, emerging projects, and competitor activity
Qualifications and Skills for the Client Solutions Specialist:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (or strong interest in breaking into sales)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong research skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Interest in cleanroom environments, science & tech, engineering, or construction-related sales
