This position involves calling on top decision makers within commercial, industrial, and owner/operated facilities to discuss Rieck’s ability to save money through system maintenance. Our approach focuses on mechanical system ownership and operating costs. The role requires the ability to 'paint a picture,' ask the right questions, and act as a consultant to find the best solutions. We prioritize value over price and seek a candidate with similar values.

Continuous training will be provided to support your success and professional growth.

The primary requirement is experience in making first calls. You will conduct cold calls via phone and walk-ins to set meetings with decision makers. Training will be provided on our sales cycle. Success can lead to management opportunities.

• Proven success in selling services or intangible offerings
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful; technical HVAC knowledge not required
• Self-disciplined, results-driven, with a history of high performance
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage the sales cycle
• Challenger Sales mentality with good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with the Dayton market and decision makers is a plus
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Earning Potential = Base Pay + Commission: $75,000 - $90,000 (first year)
