Automotive Sales Specialist

Overview

As an Automotive Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in our team by facilitating the sale of New and Pre-owned vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchase process.

• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking test drives.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
• Provides sales management information after completing sale.
• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
• Must have good listening skills, verbal communication and telephone skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Retail, Food Service, Realtor, Mobile Phone Sales, and Server candidates are encouraged to apply
