Summit Home Care & Hospice is searching for an experienced and motivated Account Manager Supervisor to join our Home Health team. We are committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services in the comfort of our patients’ homes to positively impact quality of life by redefining the delivery of care.

- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per Year
- Bonus Opportunity:
Up to $34,390+ per Year (includes personal, team, and branch profitability bonuses, paid quarterly and annually; based on performance, not guaranteed) - Potential Total Compensation: $109,390 – $124,390 per Year
The Account Manager Supervisor (Cincinnati) drives growth by building strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and physician offices to educate them about Summit’s service offerings and how best to partner with us. This role leverages healthcare networks and data insights to position Summit as the preferred provider while also supervising and coaching Account Managers in the Cincinnati market to ensure team success.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Relationship Management
- Act as a “player‑coach,” maintaining personal referral relationships and achieving weekly Start of Care (SOC) goals.
- Identify and target referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, physicians, assisted/independent living) to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners through regular meetings and follow‑up.
- Educate referral sources on Summit’s services and how they interrelate to meet patient needs.
- Communicate Summit’s value proposition and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in‑person sales calls per week and joint visits with clinicians.
- Represent Summit in the community as a marketing champion to promote a positive image.
- Participate in company‑sponsored programs and meetings.
- Use data to identify high‑opportunity areas and monitor competitive activity.
- Track and analyze sales activities using the company’s CRM/ERM systems.
- Supervise and coach Account Managers in the Cincinnati market to ensure account development and growth.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable.
- Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
- Oversee scheduling, PTO, and timecards to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure quality and timeliness standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a unified sales process.
- Resolve referral source issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain professional conduct and ethics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

- Frequent interruptions (face‑to‑face, phone, email, instant messaging).

- High school diploma or equivalent required (higher education preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in home health, hospice, or other post‑acute healthcare.
- Experience in training, coaching, and staff development preferred.
