Vehicle Exchange Sales Associate

As a Vehicle Exchange Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting Service customers in trading their current vehicles for new or pre-owned vehicles. You will provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless and positive vehicle exchange experience.

Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in the vehicle exchange process, including evaluating trade-in vehicles and presenting suitable options.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and appraisals.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
• Negotiate trade-in values and sales terms with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid Driver's License.
