Liberty Marking () is a privately held company established in 1988. With a strong company culture and amazing employees, we are looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our team. We are very customer focused and work to build and maintain strong relationships through consultative sales and account development. Any experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a definite plus.
This position will be responsible for managing a large book of existing business, farming for new sales and bringing on new customers. You will be a part of a team selling approach and will be supported by insides sales, business development reps, customer service, a business development ambassador, and your sales director.
We are looking for a professional who:
- Can develop relationships within existing customers to look for new applications and opportunities within the accounts.
- Can utilize a consultative selling model to uncover and identify needs which will facilitate successful client relationships and communications as well as product satisfaction.
- Is organized, self-driven, detail-oriented and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Has proven ability to exceed goals.
- Will always represent Liberty Marking in a professional manner at all times.
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service (manufacturing or industrial sales preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and follow-up.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Access experience a plus).
