Role OverviewA small pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Hospital Sales Specialist in the greater Cincinnati & Columbus areas. This role is pivotal in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with prescribers at top IDN's within the territory to meet the needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
- Meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory-specific sales strategies and plans.
- Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
- Leverage selling skills to increase overall sales within the defined geography.
- 7+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device.
- Experience with buy & bill or long sales cycles is required.
- Proven success and established relationships within IDNs, Oncology, Immunology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, or Rheumatology.
- Strong connections within IDN's in the territory.
- Ability to manage large territories effectively.
- Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
- Strong compensation package with incentives.
