As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven In-Person Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryAs the Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be the face of our client's brand—interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is a people-first role that requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales, retail, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
