• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Assess needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options
• Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and close sales with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction before and after the sale
• Follow up consistently to ensure loyalty and repeat business

• $65,000 – $150,000+++ annual earning potential with aggressive pay plan

• Previous automotive sales experience (Ford experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a positive, ambitious spirit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
