Account Executive (AE) – Senior Sales Recruiter

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They must be comfortable multitasking and should have 0–2 years of experience. This role is an entry‑level sales position with unlimited commission potential after training. As an Account Executive (AE) at DMG, you will drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the facility‑management sector. Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation by researching potential clients and market segments.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Understanding clients’ facility‑management needs and tailoring solutions.
  • Performing regular check‑ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborating with the Manager of Business Development to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in Sales Force.
  • Coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Providing insights on market intelligence, competitor activities, and команд client needs.
  • Managing operations among clients until an operations team is built to support the P&L.
  • Supervising and leading operational teams delivering facility‑management services.
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Collaborating to allocate resources and optimize service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Preparing and maintaining operational budgets, tracking expenses.
  • Providing accurate reporting and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Delivering regular reports and updates to clients on performance.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to align client needs and operational requirements.
  • Resolving client concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Engaging in heavy outbound cold calling and inside sales motions.
