Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, interact directly with customers, and build confidence in a face-to-face sales environment.

As an Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee, you’ll work on the ground supporting live sales and customer interactions. This is a full-time, In-Person position where you’ll be exposed to the fundamentals of direct sales, customer engagement, and performance coaching. There’s no previous sales experience required, but you must enjoy speaking with and engaging customers in person.

You will be part of WCO Academy’s mission to empower individuals with practical sales skills and professional growth, contributing directly to our customer-facing sales activities and development programs.

• Engage customers directly in face-to-face sales conversations
• Support and assist with explaining products, services, and solutions
• Learn and apply professional customer engagement techniques
• Participate in active sales scenarios while building confidence and skill
