WCO Academy is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative for our Cincinnati office. This is a face-to-face sales role where you will interact directly with customers, represent client brands, and support customer acquisition through in-person conversations.

This position is suited for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable engaging with customers in person, and wants hands-on sales experience from day one.

• Speak with customers face-to-face to explain products and services
• Represent clients professionally during in-person interactions
• Ask questions, listen actively, and respond to customer needs
• Support sales targets through direct customer engagement
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Attend ongoing training focused on communication and sales skills
