Job Overview
Thomas & Galbraith and Home Depot partner to provide Home Depot customers with heating and cooling options, including replacement, tune‑up, and indoor air quality services. As a Lead Generator, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue and schedule heating and cooling service appointments offered by Thomas & Galbraith.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance that enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
- Utilize the HVAC kiosk / display / endcap in Home Depot to communicate benefits of HVAC products and services.
- Initiate communication with prospective customers during their store experience.
- Proactively greet customers, engage in informed conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
- Build and maintain relationships with store associates and key management personnel.
- Educate and raise awareness about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and employees.
- Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
- Attend required meetings and training courses.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic, self‑motivated face‑to‑face interaction skills.
- Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection.
- Positive and optimistic attitude.
- Self‑starter with result‑driven disposition.
- Active listening and ability to ask open‑ended discovery questions.
- Intuitive ability to gauge customer interest.
- Detail oriented with good time management skills.
- Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment.
- Ability to stand/walk 4‑8 hours at a time.
- Proficiency with smartphone, email and text apps.
- Ability to work weekends.
