Working hours:

40+ hours/week – Monday to Friday – normally scheduled 8 hours/day, between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on business need.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt professional manner
• Answering customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi‑extension phone
• Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing
• Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products
• Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts
• Stock inventory as needed in the showroom
• Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors
• Process warranty claims
• General cleaning & showroom upkeep
• Other duties as assigned

• Customer Service experience required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
• High school diploma or GED completion required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical abilities: walking; grasping; kneeling; crawling; reaching; carrying; stooping; crouching; standing; sitting; climbing; lifting up to 100 lbs.
